The Services are operated by Zonal Property Solutions, a DBA of Daniel Ernesto Mota-Moran, a California sole proprietorship. By using our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. 2) No Brokerage Relationship / No Representation

We are not attorneys, financial advisors, tax advisors, or licensed real estate brokers/agents. 

We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Using our Site or communicating with us does not create any fiduciary relationship. You are responsible for making your own decisions and for seeking independent professional advice as needed.


3) Assignment Disclosure

We may seek to purchase a property ourselves or enter into a purchase agreement and assign our contractual interest to another buyer/investor. If we assign our interest, we may receive compensation, which can include an assignment fee or other profit, paid by the buyer and/or built into the transaction economics. Any contract we enter into is subject to its written terms, and the final transaction may involve third parties such as title companies, escrow agents, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and end buyers.


4) No Guarantee of Offer, Price, or Closing

Submitting your information does not guarantee:

That you will receive an offer, any specific price, any closing timeline, or that a transaction will close. Any potential offer depends on multiple factors, including property condition, market conditions, title issues, seller situation, investor/buyer criteria, and due diligence.


5) Your Responsibilities & Accuracy of Information

You will not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. We may rely on the information you provide. If it’s inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, we may discontinue communications or terminate access.


6) Due Diligence, Inspections, and Valuations

Any property evaluation, estimated value, or discussion of potential price is informational only and not an appraisal, survey, or guarantee. You are responsible for completing your own due diligence and may want to consult licensed professionals.

We may use third-party service providers such as CRM tools, texting providers, call tracking, analytics, hosting. We are not responsible for outages or errors caused by third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep the Services operating.

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and design—is owned by the Company or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
